The following are some sporting events taking place this week:
Wednesday night at Woolsey Stadium, High School boy’s soccer game from 7:00-9:00 p.m.
Thursday night and Friday night at Woolsey Stadium, Junior High Track meet, on both days from 3:00- 6:00 p.m.
What is happening with the water tower project? Our latest update from SPU tells us the following, which we’d like to pass on to our neighbors:
The majority of the scaffolding is now in place. In May the tank will be wrapped in plastic so the sandblasting can take place. The sandblasting work is expected to take approximately one month. Following the sandblasting, painting can begin, and this is projected to be complete mid-August.
