King’s Junior High Building

King’s Schools will be renovating their existing Junior High Building over the course of the next 9 months.

Kirtley-Cole Associates will be the general contractor for the work.  KCA built the new Bundrant Ness Center (the location of our Science Technology, Engineering and Math classes). Mahlum Architects designed this project as well.   The project includes a complete renovation of the interior space, and is accompanied by some site landscape/hardscape space, adjacent to the building.  The existing exterior of the building will remain in tact, with some balcony infills and the addition of a stair and elevator space on the north side of the building, to meet all current ADA and egress codes.
